Tony Hall, B.Ec, MBA, Managing Consultant
Tony brings diverse industry experience and a range of high-level management skills to head up the team at Navigator Consulting. Previously a senior management consultant at Ernst & Young, he has published several books and reports, speaks at conferences in Australia and overseas and is a well-known recruitment industry specialist. He has consulted to over 60 recruitment companies and worked in GM positions for three major firms.
Tony draws on his background in recruitment, sales, marketing and business analysis to oversee strategic planning, business development and research for Australia's leading management consulting service to the recruitment industry.
He has worked as a General Manager at IT People sold to what is now the Hudson Group, and together with Mike Ewart, was an owner and director of Parker Bridge Australia with acquired by Candle Australia in 2005. After the acquisition, Tony was appointed Candle's Group People and Performance Manager and National Manager New Zealand.

David Irwin, Associate Director
David Irwin has strong analytical skills acquired from several multinational companies in the UK. He has helped Navigator to further perfect methodology and processes for effective market research.
David's background in banking, utilities and telecommunication gives him the knowledge to produce research projects and industry benchmarking.
