Tony Hall – Managing Director

Tony brings diverse industry experience and a range of high-level management skills to head up the team at recruitment industry specialist Navigator Consulting.  His academic qualifications include a B.Ec (Acct), MBA and former CPA.

Previously a senior management consultant at EY, Tony has sat on many boards, published several books and reports, speaks at conferences in Australia and overseas and is a well-known recruitment industry specialist. For seven years he researched and published the detailed annual Recruitment Industry Performance Report which provided firms with valuable benchmarks and date to achieve industry leadership. He also produced Best Practice Certification which prescribes actions to enable firms firms to stand out as the very best in the highly competitive recruitment industry.

Tony draws on his 30 years in recruitment, research, senior sales, marketing and business analysis to oversee strategic planning, business development and research for Australia’s leading management consulting service to the recruitment industry.

He has previously worked as a General Manager at IT People sold to Hudson Group and was an owner and director of Parker Bridge Australia acquired by Candle Australia in 2005. Tony also led the team at Experis ($100M professional and technical division of ManpowerGroup) and was CEO of leading Digital Recruitment firm S2M in Sydney and Melbourne.

During her career Maya has managed 2 international recruitment agencies in the Philippines, where she was hands-on in sourcing candidates and building client relationships. After migrating to Australia, she joined Melbourne-based recruitment agencies, assisting the top billers to source the best talent via targeted market mapping, database searching, networking, and headhunting.
